1-year warranty on the rotating part, cylinder head and turbo. Any additional parts supplied are not covered by this warranty. These are only offered to the customer as an EXTRA service and FREE of charge in a package with our "Fully-dressed" engines.
Warranty claims are settled directly with the VAG or BMW factory; NNP only functions as a direct point of contact for customers. It is not possible for us to approve or refund warranties. ALL warranty claims must first be approved by the VAG or BMW labs in Germany before refunds or replacements are possible.
The warranty will be voided if there is any evidence of incorrect assembly. Purchased parts must be fitted in compliance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Evidence of any form of tuning (hardware and/or software) will void the warranty.
Parts used for competition purposes or any form of racing are not covered by the warranty.
Return or exchange of an incorrect order is not possible: you are responsible for placing the correct order! (We will obviously help you as much as we can with advice and assistance).

All parts are tested at the factory for defects or damage. If not approved, they will not be offered for sale! This is the reason why parts cannot be returned!

Increase your chance of finding the correct part: if possible, bring a sample of the required part or send an email in advance with a photo and as much information as possible.
Part numbers for the original item have greater value than the specified trade-in number you usually get from the dealer. So check the part number yourself! Due to frequently changing part numbers, it is also possible that another part number is a perfect match for the part you require!
Trading in your old part is not possible (except for engines and gearboxes).
In order to continue to guarantee the quality of our parts, we do not loan parts for testing or diagnostic solutions.
Reservation of parts is possible, but only after previously agreed limited terms.
